As part of Mountain View’s car tune-ups, we use industry-leading fuel and air intake system cleaning products. Depending on the design of your engine, tune-ups for some older vehicles may require additional parts and work, including replacement of the distributor, rotors, points and condensers.

CAR TUNE-UPS 101: WHAT TO EXPECT

Mountain View auto technicians will visually inspect your engine’s fuel system components, like the fuel filter, pump and injectors. We’ll also check spark plug performance, ignition timing and idle, PCV valves, air intake system, oil and coolant levels, making adjustments and replacements if necessary.
